My decision to take a closer look revealed that
My Deposit money is not protected & more..
Due to my learnings from the two events above I made decision to take a closer look into my deposit Protection.
Around the time of the upcoming rent payment and after the last two incidence it was enough & too much for me.
Due to all of my understanding and experience with them up to now (constant-pressure denial, lying, etc) , I started to suspect that my deposit money is not protected, So I made decision to take a closer look and put things into test...>>>?

On Sunday, June 26, 2022. 09:00 the day of the rent payment I decided to put my suspicion to the test and to do an investigation on my own.
For this purpose I set four targets:
1. To make sure that they won't deny I gave them a deposit
2. To check if they handle my deposit according to the law. And if it’s not properly protected by them, to fulfil my obligation to protect it by myself by doing everything I can.
3. To check if the place they rented out for me is legal and safe.
On Jun 26, 2022, 09:57 I did put these points to test and I sent a message saying
"Good morning Mr Levy
So as you know, last time when I paid two months because what was claimed
However, back there, after the unnecessary payment was made, I decided not to ask for the money to go back into my account even though I had the right to do so.
I did not ask because she never offered to send back the money to my account, and therefore I had in mind that maybe she needed that extra payment for something, so I decided to be a considerate person.
However, being a considerate person regarding the extra payment by not asking for it to go back to my account triggered some interruptions in my financing and budget for that same month. As a result, I need to ask you to tell her to take the rent payment for this month from the £680 deposit I left with her.
Thank you very much"
Quick Note
I could see that they opened my WhatsApp message at the same moment at 09:57. Almost 5 hours later at 14:46, they replied. I was thinking to myself that answering regarding securing my deposit took way too long and it was a red flag for me.

Elijah & Simcha? FIRST reaction to my test in regard to Deposit Money is Not Protected.
It's Time to Start Addressing The Judges In The Court Last-Minute Objections.
Their reply was even more disturbing as it included trying to force me to pay more and not as agreed - it was not the first time as you have seen earlier in addition to telling me that they had to fix something in their house as I was a partner with them in the property ... That was the reply;

I got to see the message and I replied:
Me: "Well, so we will have consequences. To me, this whole thing, together with the last money mistakes on her behalf, sound like a set of actions and abuses that intend to pressure me to do something I never agreed to or about. in contrast, breaching the tenant-landlord law from multiple angles. I want to be clear, I have the [No] intention to tolerate with that. In this case, it looks like we will have legal consequences. I want to bring to your awareness that in this country, there are FREE legal bodies and governmental agencies designed to protect peaceful people like me, and they are all only a call away. Is she really interested in such consequences?

I understand that he completely ignored what I tried to explain and chose a point that has no willingness to demonstrate understanding. Also not surprisingly he mixes between his law obligations and moral-less obligation as he sees fit to their interest.

At Jun 28, 2022 09:34:35 audio message via whatsapp came From Levy Elijah & Simcha ( 1 )(+447872970084). This audio message contains the same as the above more or less. The only difference is you can hear his wife in the background in Hebrew and directing him to say "We did offer him back". Which is a lie. It was me that said "you can keep it" after I was under attack where as described before this involved threatening me, harassing and shaming me and even calling me a liar on the main street and intimidation from her boys, threatening me to kick me out, and all next to next to my fiancé. I was even promised by Simcha Levy to call her son-in-law to “Deal” with me.
All of this was the main reason for me to say "you can keep it" but she never offered to put the money back as she should have done it, nothing to do with what I said, and out of basic righteousness. But instead, they chose to take my offer and ignore completely that used my deposit money for their things but have no shame to lie that they keep it for me and hope I am a cretin and will not know that they brook the law from day one concerning my deposit and my safety.
It did not end up there, but now they repeatedly say that they are doing me a favour and I will need to pay twice as they keep my deposit.
Not only they did not admit to me that my deposit is not protected but also stated that they will keep holding it and will do me a "favour" and will keep holding it and as a return base on what I told them in my test I will need to pay 2 months in one go on next payment ( See message proof).
I now understand that not only they did use my deposit money like they did when they made me pay double. But also, they have no intention to give it to me back as they are the "protectors" of my deposit money. They now clearly demonstrated an attempt to keep me hostage to agree to their wish to raise the price in the most tricky and unlawful way. (Another attempt was to £780 straight after the payment we agreed on the job finish to cover rent.)

I called three of the deposit money protection schemes.
My Deposit, Tenancy Deposit Scheme & Deposit Protection Service. =
(ALSP LOCAL LEGALL FIRST MENTIONING IN HERE?)
My feeling was that my deposit is not safe too. Therefore I took the next step and on 28-June-2022 I called all three government-appointed schemes for deposit protection to confirm what was going on and if my deposit was protected. so for
I called:
1. Deposit Protection Service
2. MyDeposits
3. Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
To see if there were published details on the deposit protection that should take place by law. Within an hour if finished to call and record all their conversations with all Deposit Protection Services and kept it for the record. It turned out that I was right as none of them had a record for my deposit to be under protection in all three services. ( See all call recordings in the attached full PDF file. I didn’t threaten you. Reread it, and you will see that threatening was not there. It was an offer for you to act in the right way, so we don't find ourselves in legal consequences. But it seems like you are threatening me to give me a notice.
I'm getting tired of the dishonest behaviour, accusations and threats.
I will try to help you to help us to make things straight.
Since I lost the trust in you or your wife, I want to ensure that. I need to know that my deposit money is safe.
So my question is for you to ask your wife;
Did she spend it, or does she still has my deposit money in her account?
That's all that I need to know.
I am sorry if you feel it is a personal question. With all respect, this deposit money is mine.
I genuinely hope we can rebuild the trust here. So I do expect an honest answer."

Quick Note Title
It is clear from the message that they don't want to let go of doing wrong at all. It seems like they both try to force money out of my pocket if this is the last thing life. And then forget where they come from in the first place b were they in a place where by all means of law is not for human habitat and taking life risk on my life.
I decided not to answer and give to month to pass In other words to give the 28 days reqsted for the dispute to settle from their side.
Taking a close look will show these attempts by them to make me pay more than agreed and holding my money NOT ACCORDINLY TO THE LAW are there as an ongoing practice.
I could not hold my head to the amount of corruption in the level of immorality and abuse. And now as I write these lines I can it is almost predictable that they will keep act the same on the 26 of June where I am intending
I said to myself that if my money was not legal protected it must have a reason and the reason must be that they did not want to have this unite on the record ….
I was still shocked and
After that it came to my mind that place is not regulated and therefore not safe so ......
