On the 03_May_2022 around 10:00 I went to the bank and with the help of the cashier I revealed that on the 28_April_2002 went into the Simcha Levy account - Account number: 43-53-56-92 with sort code 23-05-80. And guess what?! It is the same account Simcha gave me in the past on DATE via voice message. And guess what else? It is the same account I always paid rent into! Do you see the game now? - On the 02_May_2022 at 11:58 I received a voice message from Elijah claiming that the I sent him in the screenshot as he said; "money not in the account in the picture you sent me" He was purposely ignored two facts: A. that I told him that I have 2 accounts of them. B. That the account the money went to from the beginning was given to me by Mrs Levy and few transaction were made to this acc at the past. He just found an opportunity and picked up on the screenshoot to confuse me. It was not confutable. In that same message he also said; "and beside that, it should be £750 not £680" This indicate that there was additional purpose in addition to make me pay two times and its to emphasise that they are denying agreement and want to keep put on me pressure for something I never agreed. He did not even bother to ask about the second account I mentioned twice, neither she did. There is no clearer evidence then this that the both knew the money already there, and as I traced the things back the reason for that was they were needed the money for covering holy holiday expanses as you will see clear indiction for that later on and as she said in one of her messages I had guests at home" for the holidays - I have seen them all for a week long visit. ... - After two min On the 02_May_2022 at 12:00 I received a voice yet message from Elijah explaining to me like an estate agent how rent works while his wife helping him at the background with pushing for higher rent not as agreed also in agent style calculation.
- After 25 min On the 02_May_2022 at 12:25 I replied .... ????
- I got one more knock on my door, and for the SIXTH time I was needed to show proof. This was super incompatible ... DANIELLA...... and this spread to an argument in front of the house and I was intimidated so much by her and two of her boys to the level that I was needed to show for a proof to her bully son that a min before was standing in front of her with crossed arms while the other son laughing at my face and telling me "We going to kick you out if you do not pay" while shaking from inside I opend my bank app on the phone and for SEVENTH time

Yet again like before this involved threatening me, harassing and shaming me and even call me a liar on the main street and intimidation from her boys threatening me to kick me out and all next to next to my fiancé and even was promised by Simcha Levy to call her son in law on me.

On 02_May_2022 morning time the abuse went bananas and got extremely wild.
On 02_May_2022 around 10:00 morning time me and My future fiancé Daniella were getting ready for the day. Mrs Elijah Levy came to my door. My future fiancé Daniella was sitting on the bed inside the garage room. As I approached the door I could see that Mrs Simcha Levy was also there on the doorstep of their newly built back extension in the same place she stood in the last face-to-face event before that one, and I needed to show proof that the transaction took place on my mobile bank app for the FIFTH time. My future fiancé Daniella witnessed all this from inside the garage room (witness statement by Daniella attached).

Mr Elijah Levy: “eh so I checked out the account, nothing came in. Because the account details that you sent me on the uhhh on the uhhhh on the picture is the correct number, but nothing came in.”
“And besides that it should be £750 not £680 please let me know as soon as possible, thank you.” SIXTH time 'reminder' in order to demand £750.
If you listen carefully you can hear Mrs Simcha Levy in the background telling him “it should be 750” before Mr Elijah even says it.

Part three of 02_May_2022 SEVENTH"reminder"
After only two minutes from last message on the 02_May_2022 I received a 39 sec voice message yet again from Elijah Levy together with Mrs Simcha Levy in the background explaining to me like an estate agent how rent works while his wife helped him in the background to push for higher rent not as agreed using agent style calculations.
Mr Elijah Levy: “At the rate of paying it on a monthly basis (Simcha Levy in the background…) it works out at £780 a month without even putting the rent up. (Simcha Levy in the background…) and the way you are paying at the moment it’s less than that. That’s number one, and number two maybe it’s better if you pay weekly like this so we can both keep the calculations. It will be easier for you and for us”. - “but at the moment no rent came in and it’s too low anyway, we need to sort this out once and for all”. (This is untrue as I had paid and money was transferred on the 27_april_2022 night time). SEVENTH time 'reminder' to order to demand £780.

Mrs Elijah Levy: “Eh, ok so I checked with my wife's bank. No credit came in. I don't know, you know these screenshots that you sent me but no credit has come in at all. It should have come in at the same time, if you make a transfer normally in a few minutes money will be in the account but not in this case.”
(This is untrue and he basically keeps lie as I had paid and money was transferred on 27_April_2022 night time).

On 02 May 2022 around 18:00? The NINTH time demand and pressure was the most outrageous.
Me and Daniella, my future fiancé, were about to leave the house.
My car was parked in front of the house on the parkway that leads to the un-legal and unsafe garage that they rented to me. As Me and Daniella My future fiancé approached the car, opened the doors and sat inside the car, just as we were about to close the car doors in order to leave, suddenly the front door opened. As the door opened we saw Mrs Simcha Levy, Her son name Shlomy Levy and another son named Tully as she calls him (Not sure if this is real name). Both sons were standing next to her. The son Shlomy Levy was standing to the left of Mrs Simcha Levy with his arms crossed and stared at me with a look to scare me, and Tully the son was standing to the right of Mrs Simcha Levy smiling as a means to mock me.
while all of them in a gang position inside the house Mrs Simcha Levy opened her mouth.
Mrs Simcha Levy shouting:
“What is going to be with the money you owe?!. You do not want to pay Ah?”
Daniella, my future fiancé, was shocked. We are inside the car in front of the house and on the street, the same street my kids live on, just a few doors away. We are still with the car doors open.
The son named Tully made a step out of the house and came to the car to the side that is near him, the side where Daniella, my future fiancé is sitting
Tully Levy was smiling stupid smile as almost laughing at my face, and opened his mouth.
Tully Levy: “ If you are not going to pay we are going to kick you out”
I stood out of the car and in a calm way, as much as I could, I said to Mrs Simcha Levy while the other son, Shlomy Levy, was still next to her.
Me: “Simcha, You embarrassing me on purpose, the money in your account”.
Mrs Simcha Levy shouting became louder and she turned more aggressive
Mrs Simcha Levy shouting: “You are a liar, you did not pay, I already called and told Moshe you do not pay the rent”
I made a decision to stay calm no matter what will be thrown at me in this frustrating situation.
Me: “I do not care what you said to whom. All I know is that the money left my account to your account”
Shlomy Levy still with his arms crossed and the look that tried to scare me became scarier than before and made a step out of the house.
Mrs Simcha Levy still shouting: “You wait, I will make sure to bring in Uriel, You know him, He will make sure you pay”
*Uriel, he is her son in law.
NOTE! Mr Elijah Levy also threatened me with the same Uriel in a later day in one of the voice messages he sent me. Proof for that later.
Me: “ You will bring in Uriel so will he make sure I pay? You are sounding like a gangster. Should I be afraid because I paid you or what?”
Mrs Simcha Levy shouting: “You are a liar, you did not pay, how come you are calm?”
Me: “I am calm because I know I paid”
Quick Note
NOTE! When she said to me “how come you are calm?” At that moment it clicked to me yet again that they most likely trust the idea that blackmailing in all ways will put me out of balance so I will give up, and to lie makes a good partner for this. However, this experience not only affected me, but it had a bad impact on Daniella, my future fiancé and our relationship that we just started. I felt it so strongly and could not avoid it. ( more about this impact later )
At this point the other son, Shlomy Levy came out, I felt nervous and abused
I needed to show proof of the transaction yet again to her bully son who a minute before was standing in front of her with crossed arms while the other son laughed in my face. While shaking from the inside I opened my bank app on the phone and once again showed that I paid but it did not help. Mrs Simcha Levy kept shouting in the background, continuing threatening to bring in her son in law named Uriel “to take care of me”.
This was too much for me and the only choice I had for things not to escalate further and for all of this to stop was to make another unnecessary transaction. (witness statement by Daniella My future fiancé attached).
This attempt by them to drag me into an argument in front of the house felt like ages. I was so intimidated …. by her and two of her boys to the level that

Mr & Mrs did all these things…….. while they stirred up plenty of drama. That triggered the relationship between me and Daniella My future fiancé, to get damaged. Although we had beautiful love and we had many future plans. The relationship got seriously damaged because of Mr & Mrs low moral and corrupt behaviours while the drive of being greedy is the main drive. They bad-mouth me to this level on two separate events alone and without mentioning the rest of the blackmailing attempts was too much for me and my new partner trying to formulate our life as a couple. I am sure your honour will agree that not everyone's the same and different events affect different people in a different way. Mr & Mrs did not even care that they were sabotaging my relationship - even if their actions was based on truth, the fact they choose to embarrass me next to my fiancé it's just another proof that nothing was innocent with their behaviour, and pressuring me wrongly for more money it’s what the main intent was.

On the 02_May_2022 at 18:40 I replied with a screenshot to confirm that yet again to show the transaction was made. i did not wanted for this to continue and made a ????? when was that transaction made? I was completely drained so made sure it will be to the other account they gave me. the same one where i sent the first svreen shoot and the where in a sneaky, dishonest, fraudulent, corrupt, way made me think the money not in both account by ignoring me mentioning that i have two accounts, Just like the do the same with renting illegal place without caring for my safety and without caring about local governmental law

Mr Simcha Levy: “I just wanted to tell you that I made a mistake with the price. Because just now the Chinese man has called. He wanted to use the name of the apartment to get some money back. I told him he can not do so because something else was already using it. So I asked him how much he paid. And he said it was 170 every week. Sorry, I told you 180; it was 170. So the price was 170 every week.
So we wanted that if you pay monthly, you have to do 52 times 12. Divide it by 12, and it will be more than 680, for sure, per month. Make a price. I still won't cost you. I wanted to raise it for you by 10 pounds to 180, but if Ehhh. We still need to talk.”.

A. Mrs Simcha Levy Simcha try to parented business as usual and as if what happened outside her door as nothing while she find it good time to soften the talk about price yet agin like agreement never took place and was signed by Mrs Elijah Levy in a fraudulent way with the name of Simcha Levy...
B. Mrs Simcha Levy Simcha expected me to believe how all of a sudden out of nowhere the Chinese tenant that was there before me called her and reminded her that he used to pay £170 a week exactly on the same day she and her sons and Mr Elijah put pressure on me. It’s a lie - coercion constantly taking place. They simply do not want to let go and keep lying and putting pressure!
This is the same Chinese tenant that Mrs Simcha told me in a voice message on DATE ran away without paying for two months and suggested that I speak with Moshe to scare him so he would pay what he owes her.

The game of "not received money" ending
On the 03_May_2022 around 10:00. I went to the bank and with the help of the cashier I found that on 28_April_2002 the money went into the account of Simcha Levy - Account number: 43-53-56-92 with sort code 23-05-80.
And guess what?! It’s the same account Simcha gave me in the past on DATE???? via voice message.
And guess what else? It’s the same account I always paid rent into!
And guess what else again?! Even the first payment of £1360 went to the same account.
Do you see the game now? So now you have a better and clearer understanding of why I said it was all planned.
I made sure to ask the cashier to write the account details that the money went in on a note and took two photos of it. One on the black marble desk of Metro Bank and one holding the note in my hand. I left the bank with the realisation that it’s simply not possible they didn’t know from the beginning that the money went to this account.

On the 03_May_2022 11:20 I sent the second photos of this note with diffrent shot and add a voice message saying
Me: “Elijah, Good morning
please do me a favour, and check out this account. It is a Metro bank account of your wife. So it turned out that I transferred two times money. As said, this is a Metro bank account, and also this is the account number. I shouldn't make a transfer of funds yesterday because the money was already in the account, and the money was transferred (in the first place). Please confirm that with me so we can be genuine with the payments.”.

On the 03_May_2022 11:21 I decided to play naive and out of curiosity to see if he would jump on the wagon like he jumped on that wagon when I sent him one screenshot of the wrong account by mistake. So I sent a text message to Mr Elijah Levy and said:
Me: “I am waiting for your confirmation please”.
as the confirmation of the bank is not good enough.
To this text message Mr Elijah Levy replied:
Mr Elijah Levy: "Ehhh, I will do it later on, because I am busy now at work. I have to check it with my wife as well. Later on, I will be in contact"

So after a week of endless harassment, bullying, blackmailing, shaming and humiliation where 'reminders' that money did not come in is the favourite instrument, while they are constantly checking the account, he suddenly does not know what is happening in the account. Plus, all of a sudden, he does not have time. To me, it sounded ridiculous, but the idea of me going to the bank physically and pulling proof for them is not good enough either. It made me read between the lines and understand - You caught us. So "I have to check it with my wife as well" is none other than - I need to speak with my wife to see how to answer you now that you exposed us.
