When the second incident occurred, it had a prerequisite long chain of little events that tricked me into paying into Mrs Levy's bank account for two months.  

 A very similar attempt, but in a different way, happened at a later stage as you will see in section 22. 

In addition, a very fraudulent trick was put into play from the beginning to the end. The start of the second event took place on the 27th of April 2022 after I made my rent payment of £680 for the month. It took seven days - one long stretch until the 3rd of May 2022 for this nightmare to end!

The pick of these events that started on the 27th of April 2022 got worse than the event that took place a month before (Friday 25_March_2022).  And it involved not only Mrs Simcha Levy and Mr Elijah Levy but also two of their sons. Afterwards, I was blamed without any shame by Mr Elijah, who said it was all my fault (see section 22 for evidence)

After that trick both where the whole family took part. each in his way and as team of  tricksters  I have been blamed that it was my fault by Mr Elijah A month more than I needed to pay.

When I started to trace things back, I could see a pattern. I also concluded that the second incident with all the acts involved, made by them for a number of reasons, matched perfectly with the first face-to-face event.

I will describe it all here in only one section. I've also broken it all down in a separate manner into separate different subsections that each include evidence and proof together with the communication I had with Mr Elijah Levy and Mrs Simcha Levy on the respective dates so you can zoom in on each part of the chain of events that date from 27_April_2022 till the 3_May_2022 ( section/subsections 13 to 13.12?). <<< ????

1. First, on the 27_ April_2022 I got a reminder voice message from Mrs Simcha Levy saying the rent payment did not and that she did not want cash but transaction into her account, and I should remember that the rent is £750. Note! since I never agreed to £750 so when she telling me "I should remember that the rent is £750" She mean that I should remember all the thins the told me and done to me last time; ......
2. On the 27_ April_2022 night time I made a transaction and £680 as agreed was paid. Money already was in one of the accounts as all transactions happened on the spot. 
3. On the 29_ April 17:55 I received a message from Mr Elijah Levy via Mrs Simcha Levy phone "Asking"; When are you going to pay rent, It is already two days ago" . It was FIRST time 'reminder' after the money was already in their account!..
4. On 29_ April_2022 19:02 replied to both of them to his/her phone with the same message and added screenshots that showed SECOND time proof for a transaction of £680 as agreed. I mentioned I have two accounts and add a screenshot of one of the accounts which I was sure was the correct account that the money went into!
5. On the 29_ April_2022 late evening I got a knock on my door By Mr Elijah Levi and I needed to prove that the transaction took place on my phone bank app for the THIRD time.
6. On the 29_ April_2022 late evening I got a knock on my door By Mr Elijah Levi and I needed to prove that the transaction took place on my phone bank app for the THIRD time.
7. On the 30_ April_2022  Morning time I got a knock on my door and needed to prove the transaction took place on my phone bank app for the FOURTH time.

First fact: transactions were made

Two transactions were made by myself within a few days. The first transaction of £680 as agreed for rent payment was made at night time on 27_April_2022. The second transaction of £680 was made by myself not out of good will but as a result of the pressure that was put on me. Proof of this pressure can be seen inside all sections. This transaction was made on 02_May_2022.  Proof of these transactions are inside ( SECTION XYZ ).

Second fact: Multiply attempt to confuse me.

I made the second transaction only after a series of intentional acts that took place from their side. These acts were put out purposely to confuse me while putting enormous pressure on me as mentioned earlier.  The attempt to confuse me will be put into play more than once as you will see. It kept repeating itself as one of the preferred methods by Mr Elijah Levy and Mrs Simcha Levy.  Proof and evidence for the second fact are in place.

Third fact: I was forced to pay twice.

Sad but true. After I was forced to pay twice after the chain of events I was blamed by Mr Elijah Levy, who said that it was my fault for paying two times. This was no less than a sad joke. But the sad joke did not stop there and turned out to be an additional pattern and method to extract money from me as Mr Elijah Levy, tried once again at a later stage to make me pay twice so they could use my deposit money as he told me “My wife needs this deposit money” which indicates that they did not protect it according to the law as I later revealed, which you can see in (section 18). Proof and evidence for the third fact are in place.

Fourth fact: deliberately ignoring and play stupid

These events from 27_April_2022 to 3_May_2022 were not a mistake as they tried to present to me and pretend. They knew that the first payment had arrived in Mrs Levy's account from the beginning as a few payments went to the same account in the past and to the account Mrs Simcha Levy herself gave me.  Therefore from their side to pick on the wrong account that I sent in a screenshot to both of them and to ignore my message to both mentioning that I have two accounts of theirs. The ignoring was deliberate so as to play stupid and to keep confusing me -  they were very well aware of everything they did. Proof and evidence for the fourth fact are in place.
