On Friday the date 12 November 2021. I came to the place as I am almost done with moving my stuff and almost ready to move in from the old place and after the money transfer I got the key from one of her boys that live with her so I can start moving stuff into the place I started to move stuff into the place.very disturbing things:

1. The fact that the shower curtain actually does not stop any water and actually adding to the mould that was already in other places 
2. The grout on the corner of the wales was completely broken inside the shower area and on other corners  
3. The shower pipe was completely out of centre in a way that if I want to take a shower I will need to stand with my back to the wall 
4. The toilet seat was completely loose from the base and from the tank with no glue or screws to then what so ever
5. After examining the walls outside I could see moulds on the walls and it was easy to understand that these moulds were there due to the broken grout.
6. The door lock and handle for the toilet was broken and was needed for replacement. 

These were the first red flags for me that I may not be dealing with Genuine honest and moral people. Since I already paid her I decided not to be judgmental and to give her the benefit of the doubt by raising the issues to her even tongue. I know very well that there is no chance she was not aware of these things.  

REWRITE-ORDER

. ...When I came to the place I realised that the place was not cleaned as she promised .... However, it took me a few days to clean the place..X. When I got to the shower and toilet and gave a good look I could not believe what I see: The shower wall pipe was completely decentralised which made it impossible to think of getting shower as if you want to take a shower X..  you will need to stand flat on the wall ......X . The grout around the shower was broken and after examining it closely I noticed that any attempt to take shower will make the water run to the walls... X The toilet seat and water tank of the toilet seat was not connected either to the wall or to the floor. I felt cheated and was shocked by the un-genuine, misleading and moral style and trait. I was totally

2- She was home and I found it to be a good time raising all issues. So after that deep look in the shower I contacted Simcha Levy via whatsapp messages around 10:00 morning. it was friday.

I could to see she opened my messages but she ignoring or maybe planing with what I am going to tell her about what she for sure know in regard to the bathroom situation.

Tomer contacted me for a mixer fitting job on …. When I came to see it, I noticed the pipes were not centred. Tomer told me he was hoping that I could centre the tubes. I told him it would take one more person to do the job and told him I would need to bring a worker. Tomer suggested he would cover me up instead of getting another person to save money. We agreed to £250 a day only for centring the pipes. We thought it would take only one day as we planned to centre the pipelines from the inside by breaking a few tiles. As we started to work, we noticed that breaking a few tiles would not help as the problem was the wall partition that was built in a way that the plumbing had no other place for the plumber to catch on his pipe unless he repositioned it from the petition. Hence, we understood that the partition work was made at a different time from the plumber and not in coordination with him, so he took the job without pointing to the landlord or pointing it- we did not know. But the situation was that for us to centre the pipes, we needed to open the wall at the back side outside the bathroom to reposition the partition so we could centre the lines and fit the mixer in the correct place. This part of the job alone took us two days while Tomer was helping me to save the additional worker cost. When we have done, Tomer Left with:

1. An open wall that needed to be covered

2. With plasterboard (which I gave him) work

3.Plastering jobs like cutting, screwing into plasterboard, filler, sanding.

4. Painting.

5. Second fix

6  Cleaning 

None of the materials or tools needed to all was there so Tomer was needed to sort all by himself
