Hi, I have been listening to your last voice massage July

Well, Firstly, thanks for admitting the first time that what was agreed was the amount of £680 for a month. After many months of Harassment every month - each month from the side of both of you.

I want to tell you three important things;


AConcerning the threat to evict me this month. Suppose you have plans with your wife and sons, bullying and harassing me like last time. Only to try to evict me this time. So I want to tell you not to try something stupid. I will get the police involved if something similar to last time happens again.

B. Two years ago? I understood you must remember something...

Or you both decided to try a new way to put pressure. Do you think I am a drunk man?!.. when you said in your last message that "The agreed price of £680 was two years ago"?

I am sure you know very well that it is only Nine months I have been here.

Btw, Me making a fuss?! Shame on you. You and your wife are making a fuss over this lie and many more other lies. It seems that you are both lying at the same speed you breathe.



CAs a landlord, you should follow a legal procedure to evict; less than a legal procedure to evict may put you and anyone involved in more trouble.


Concerning your message from today - August......?????

A. Why only now are you asking to see a photo of the signed agreement? After all these months of denying agreement by Mrs Levy and with you supporting it all, you suddenly remember there was agreement?! Shame on you both! You are both probably trying to figure out how to evict me, as you told me many times in many ways! It is too late now. I lost trust in you both long ago and have many reasons for that. You will see this agreement in court if and when we get there.  

 

B. I did say in the past that I would pursue legal help to deal with your outrageous acts and behaviour, but you both ignored it just like you ignored our agreement. So I want to let you know that I already have someone on this case. Therefore a letter before action is on the way to both of you.

Also, I wish not to communicate with you, your sons, or Mrs Levy face to face. I had enough of those experiences.  ( This simple request will be ignored by Mrs Elijah Levy on fridley  ... where Mrs Elijah Levy will come rugh and rugh knokiong the glass door like a police at the middel of the night yet agin therthing me  to bring his son in law to and other ppl to take care of me and even thaerten to cut the water suuplly and water so i was needed to call the police as you wiil see later

Elijah seventh reaction to my Deposit Money is Not Protected.

Push back, threatening to evict, lying and blackmailing Continuing 

Elijah message to me before up coming rent. Important.

Please NOTE! On 13:01, Mr Elijah Left a tree minute long audio message as a response to my reply, which I had the intention to listen to it at a later stage, but he deleted the message afterwards, so I have no idea what he said in that message that he realised that it is better not to have on record. otherways what resone he had to delete a three min voice message:

Take Note on the things he said and realised that it is better not to have on record and there for deleted his message. 

This message that Mrs Elijah Levy made sure to delete was full of all sort of things that reflect his and Miss Simcha Levy's unlawful acts and behaviours towards me all the way from the beginning. These include:

  • Deliberate  - Denial of contract
  • Deliberate - Threatening with illegal eviction
  • Deliberate - Blackmailing
  • Deliberate - Threatening to harm ( In 'hint' lingo use by criminals) 
  • Deliberate - Lying 
  • Deliberate - Humiliating
  • Deliberate - Coercion
  • Deliberate - Fault accusation
  • Deliberate - Emotional abuse
  • Deliberate - Use of fault information to manipulate
  • Deliberate - Harassing, intimidating, and bullying
  • Deliberate - Much more

All while I am only 10 month into the rent agreement in an unsuitable for human habitat and illegal converted garage according to local law or building regulation.


The amount of these things that were described by Mrs Elijah Levy's in this message alone left me so shucked. especially due to the fact that I warned you Mrs Elijah Levy that I will get the court involved and he simply did not care.  I decide to to put my comment on each and every thing that was said instead of putting it in a general note here. I live in fear every day going out of my house after getting threatened multiple times on multiple levels and from meeting though guy son in low name Uriel. Adding all up, I have lived in tremendous emotional distress for more than six months and it is only August 2022.
