Second Face-to-face events Pre Chronology Basic facts
First fact:
Two transactions were made by myself within a few days. The first transaction of £680 as agreed for rent payment was made at night time on 27_April_2022. The second transaction of £680 was made by myself not out of good will but as a result of the pressure that was put on me. Proof of this pressure can be seen inside all sections.This transaction was made on 02_May_2022. Proof of these transactions are inside ( SECTION XYZ ).
Second fact:
I made the second transaction only after a series of intentional acts that took place from their side. These acts were put out purposely to confuse me while putting enormous pressure on me as mentioned earlier. The attempt to confuse me will be put into play more than once as you will see. It kept repeating itself as one of the preferred methods by Mr Elijah Levy and Mrs Simcha Levy. Proof and evidence for the second fact are in place.
Third fact:
Sad but true. After I was forced to pay twice after the chain of events I was blamed by Mr Elijah Levy, who said that it was my fault for paying twice. This was no less than a sad joke. But the sad joke did not stop there and turned out to be an additional pattern and method to extract money from me as Mr Elijah Levy, tried once again at a later stage to make me pay twice so they could use my deposit money as he told me “My wife needs this deposit money” which indicates that they did not protect it according to the law as I later revealed, which you can see in (section 18). Proof and evidence for the third fact are in place.
Fourth fact:
These events from 27_April_2022 to 3_May_2022 were not a mistake as they tried to present to me and pretend. They knew that the first payment had arrived in Mrs Levy's account from the beginning as a few payments went to the same account in the past. Therefore from their side to pick on the wrong account that I sent in a screenshot to both of them and to ignore my message to both mentioning that I have two accounts of theirs. The ignoring was deliberate so as to play stupid and to keep confusing me - they were very well aware of everything they did. Proof and evidence for the fourth fact are in place.
Fifth fact:
The fact it took seven whole days for this nightmare to end proves that my above claim of them playing stupid in order to make me pay twice is accurate. It’s not normal behaviour by any means and this play was planned! Proof and evidence for the fifth fact are in place.
Chronology of the second face-to-face events
1(15.1)
First, on the 27_ of April_2022
I received a reminder voice message from Mrs Simcha Levy saying she did not receive the rent payment and that she didn’t want cash but a transaction into her account. Also Mrs Simcha Levy said in the voice message; "You should remember that the rent is £750". Listen to the audio proof. The message has been translated from Hebrew to English word by word in section 15.1.
Note:
In the first event Mrs Simcha Levy and Mr Elijah Levy demanded £780.
This time in a voice message from Mrs Simcha Levy asking / demanding £750, I never agreed to £750 either so when she told me "You should remember that the rent is £750" she meant that I should remember all that they did to me on the first event from Friday 25_March_2022.

On the 27_ April_2022 night time
As agreed, I made a transaction, and £680 was paid. The money was already in one of the accounts as all transactions happened on the spot. See transaction screenshots from my account for proof.

On 29_ April, 17:55
On 29_ April, 17:55, I received a message from Mr Elijah Levy via Mrs Simcha Levy's phone pretending not to have received the payment by "Asking,"; "When are you going to pay the rent?. It was already two days ago". It was the FIRST 'reminder' after the money was already in their account!

On 29_ April_2022. 19:02, I replied to both of them, to Mr Elijah Levy's phone AND to Mrs Simcha Levy's phone with the same message and also added screenshots. I did it so no excuses could be made. These screenshots were the SECOND piece of proof for a transaction of £680 as agreed. I mentioned that I have two accounts belonging to them and added a screenshot of one of them, which I was sure was the correct account that the money went into!

On the 29_ April_2022 late evening, I got a knock on my door from Mr Elijah Levy, and I needed to prove that the transaction took place on my mobile bank app for the THIRD time.

On the 30_ of April_2022 morning, I got a knock on my door and needed to prove the transaction took place on my mobile bank app for the FOURTH time.

On 02_May_2022 morning time.
On 02_May_2022 morning time the abuse went bananas and got extremely wild.
On 02_May_2022 around 10:00 morning time me and Daniella were getting ready for the day. Mrs Elijah Levy came to my door. Daniella was sitting on the bed inside the garage room. As I approached the door I could see that Mrs Simcha Levy was also there on the doorstep of their newly built back extension in the same place she stood in the last face-to-face event before that one, and I needed to show proof that the transaction took place on my mobile bank app for the FIFTH time. My friend Daniella witnessed all this from inside the garage room (witness statement by Daniella attached).
On 02_May_2022 around 11:00 morning
As me and Daniella were about to leave the house this spread to an argument in front of the house and I was so intimidated by her and two of her boys to the level that I needed to show proof to her bully son who a minute before was standing in front of her with crossed arms while the other son laughed in my face while telling me "We’re going to kick you out if you don’t pay". While shaking from the inside I opened my bank app on the phone and once again showed that I paid but it did not help. Mrs Simcha Levy also threatened to bring in her son in law named Uriel “to take care of me”. This was too much for me and the only choice I had for things not to escalate further and for all of this to stop was to make another unnecessary transaction. SEVENTH time (witness statement by Daniella attached).
On 02_May_2022_11:58
On 02_May_2022_11:58 I received a voice message yet again from Elijah Levy together with Mrs Simcha Levy in the background explaining to me like an estate agent how rent works while his wife helped him in the background to push for higher rent not as agreed using agent style calculations. SEVENTH time.
Mr Elijah Levy: “At the rate of paying it on a monthly basis (Simcha Levy in the background…) it works out at £780 a month without even putting the rent up. (Simcha Levy in the background…) and the way you are paying at the moment it’s less than that. That’s number one, and number two maybe it’s better if you pay weekly like this so we can both keep the calculations. It will be easier for you and for us”. - “but at the moment no rent came in and it’s too low anyway, we need to sort this out once and for all”. (This is untrue as I had paid)”.
After two minute on the 02_May_2022 at 12:00
I received a voice message yet again from Elijah Levy together with Mrs Simcha Levy in the background claiming that the money didn’t arrive in the account with the screenshot that I sent him as he said;
Mr Elijah Levy: “Morning Tomer, how are you? I checked out the account, nothing came in. Because the account details that you sent me on the uhhh on the uhhhh on the picture is the correct number, but nothing came in.”
“And besides that it should be £750 not £680 please let me know as soon as possible, thank you.”
If you listen carefully you can hear Mrs Simcha Levy in the background telling him “it should be 750” before Mr Elijah Levy even says it.
Why do we use it?
It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
